Kubota WR1100

WR1100, WR1400, WR1600
The Kubota WR1100, WR1400 & WR1600 are pull-type wrappers designed for use with smaller tractors and are exceptionally easy to operate. A fully automatic film cutter comes standard on all models, simplifying the wrapping process and reducing operator effort.

WR1400, WR1600
To improve stability during bale loading, an extendable wheel arm is integrated into the frame design. This allows bales weighing up to 2,650 pounds to be loaded without the need for counterweights on the machine.

The turntable features two driven rollers designed to provide high bale stability and smooth, even rotation. This ensures consistent bale rotation, even in difficult operating conditions.

Wide-spaced wheels allow for an exceptionally low turntable height, enabling the table to tilt downward until it nearly touches the ground. This greatly reduces drop height during unloading, providing gentle handling of wrapped bales. The design minimizes the risk of film damage and eliminates the need for a fall damper or drop mat. An optional bale-on-end kit allows bales to be tipped over smoothly without damage.

WR1100
The Kubota WR1100 is operated via computer controls with an integrated bale counter for accurate tracking. An optional remote control is also available, making the WR1100 especially convenient and efficient for static wrapping applications.

WR1100
The Kubota WR1100 Series features three-point mounted wrappers designed for a simple yet very reliable approach to wrapping silage bales. When bales are transported to the storage site for wrapping, this three-point mounted design is an ideal solution. The wrapper can be mounted on either the rear or front hydraulics of a tractor, or used as a static machine with an external power pack unit.

WR1400
For narrow transport, the right-hand wheel can be turned inward on the support arm, reducing the overall transport width to just 8'4".

WR1600
The Kubota WR1600C is a high-capacity wrapper capable of wrapping one bale while carrying another. Its two film applicators significantly reduce wrapping time, increasing overall productivity in high-output silage operations.
